Treatment and Outcome

Problem Notes
  • Epilepsy: Started after vaccinations as a puppy. Continued to happen after Heartguard and oral flea and tick preventative.
Prone to diarhea, tail chaser, finicky appetite.
Deep and slippery pulse and a lavender tongue.
Homeopathic detox using thuja, traumeeel and hepar composetum.
Needled for shao yang disharmony- GB-25, 34, BL-18, GB-20, yin tang
Prescribed XCHT only to start as well as a gradual switch from kibble to home cooked.
Seizure three days post first appointment afterno seizures last 5 months.oops.
Second appointment 30 days later I went with a phlegm diagnosis based on pulse and points (ST-40) Bl-18, 20,21 and started on BXBZTMT. Since this, his appetite and stool have improved but he continues to have some short (20-30 sec) seizures.
The owner pointed out that the last few seizures all seem to happen just post waking up at 5;50 am.
How would I interpret this new finding to change up his protocol?
