New Herbal Formula For Appenducular OSA Presented At AHVMA

Hi, I was lucky enough to be present during Dr. Bannink's lecture on appendicular OSA and she revealed that Dr. Marsden helped her develop a new herbal formula for this condition. She listed the herbs but not the amounts of each herb in the formula. Is there anyway that I could get that information?

Hi Jen,

I believe this is the recipe she is testing:
10 Chai Hu
15 Huang Qin
15 Xuan Shen
15 Zi Cao
15 Qing Hao
15 Qin Jiao
15 Zhi Mu
10 Gan Cao
15 Wu Wei Zi
Note that it would be advisable to use other therapies that seem appropriate as well, and not just rely on this formula, but it does seem like it is helping some patients

In her lecture she also mentioned Huang Lian in the formula. Would you use 10 or 15 grams? I use several different modalities along with herbs and usually muscle test which formula the patient wants. I am so excited to start also offering ozone with UV therapy to help with my cancer patients!

Yes, Huang Lian was something we have recently come across. You'd add about 10g to avoid the formula tasting too bitter
