Improvement on Rimadyl suggests Blood stasis. For dysuria, Ge Xia Zhu Yu Tang is often the best Blood mover; we've had decent success with it in prostate adenocarcinoma.
There are other formulas you can team it with for a better effect - Xiao Chai Hu Tang, for example. I'd start the formula then re-evaluate in a couple of weeks (pulse, tongue, points that change the pulse, etc.), and if the improvement is incomplete, it should be more apparent at that time what else you need to do beyond GXZYT
