Izzy is a three year-old spayed, female miniature schnauzer who was recently diagnosed with a retrobulbar histiocytoma. The eye was enucleated and the owners have ruled out chemotherapy. There are no indications of metastatic disease on radiographs and ultrasound at this time but it is a highly aggressive tumor.
She acts as if there is not a thing wrong with her. Past medical history has been routine. Her pulse is thin and weak. Tongue is pale. Active points include ST 36, BL 17, and BL 20. Would JWXFZYT make sense? Any other suggestions? Thanks.
