Fecal Incontinence

I don't know what is actually in the You Gui Wan, but it has done wonders for this creeky old dog that has been falling apart for about a year. She seems to have a lot more pep. Is there anything that can be done for fecal incontinence? Urinary incontinence, PU/PD are not issues at all. She has been leaving "nuggets" inside, and from what I understand she doesn't know it's happening. The older dogs sometimes lose a bit of muscle tone back there, and I assume things are just not being held in properly.

You might want to look at chiropractic or acupuncture for this dog as well. They can help manage incontinence.

Other formulas we can use at the same time include on called Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang.

We can also try adding some different herbs to the You Gui Wan as a further option.

Probably the Bu ZhongYi Qi Tang or a consult with an acupuncturist or chiropractor are the two easiest things to try.
